What are your shipping destinations?
We offer international shipping services. Please place your order directly on our website at https://woohoomall.com.

What should I do if I want to purchase additional products after placing an order?
If you have not yet completed payment, you may simply place a new order on our website and ignore the unpaid order.
If you have already completed payment, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@woohoomall.com, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you would like to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately via info@woohoomall.com. Due to system limitations, you are unable to modify the address directly within your account, and the updated address will not appear in your order record. However, our shipping department will be happy to update your shipping address manually for you.


Shipping Arrangements, Terms and Conditions

  • The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the final discounted purchase amount.
  • Shipping data is based on our overseas orders from the past 12 months.
  • Shipping fees are calculated according to destination and weight (actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater).
  • For EU member countries, a 20% tax will be applied to the total order amount. Customers will be notified once the order arrives locally and delivery will be arranged after payment of the applicable tax.
    Orders shipped to other regions are not subject to additional taxes, or such taxes will be covered by our company.
  • For standard shipping orders, tracking updates will only be available once the parcel has arrived in the destination country. Customers may check the delivery status using the tracking number provided via the respective courier’s website.
  • Delivery time is calculated in business days starting from the shipment date. Customers may check their delivery status via the tracking number and courier’s website.
  • In the event of any discrepancy between the shipping information displayed on the shopping cart or checkout page, the amount shown at checkout shall prevail.

  • We do not ship to the following locations:

  • We do not accept shipments to P.O. Boxes.
